These flats are great. I used them for benching and deadlifting in my first powerlifting competition and continue to use them during my training. I sumo deadlift so I wanted something that would keep me stuck to the ground when pointing my toes out and under heavy load. Only thing I noticed is that it’s a half size too big. I’m a size 9US, but it fits a 9 and a half. I still get great use out of them despite the size difference. The shoes are very flat and light. They feel like you’re walking in socks. Would recommend these.
