Easy installation
This weather station was very well packed and the instruction manual showed how to assemble it. The monitor linked up with the station eventually after a short search period and since then is working perfectly. I have not yet linked it up to the internet via my WiFi but will do so when I get a spare moment. Very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this unit to anyone who is interested in weather monitoring.

Problem solved
My ecowitt ws2910 weather station Worked well for 18months but suddenly stopped. I did everything possible as per the manual to re start it but to no avail. I would like to return it for repair but there is no way this is available. I have tried to contact customer services but again no response.It seems it might be the console is faulty, but there is no way I can find out or get a replacement.They have contacted me and solved my problem, and explained the reason for the delay which is acceptable.

Worst Purchase Ever - Terrible Product and Customer Service!
I bought this Weather Station hoping for a reliable product, but it has been a disaster from day one. The wind speed measurement device has fallen off TWICE, just from regular high winds. You'd think a weather station should be able to handle the weather, right? Apparently not.To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they had the nerve to blame ME for the problem! They refused to take responsibility for what is clearly a manufacturing fault. I've never dealt with such rude and unhelpful support in my life.Save yourself the headache and avoid this product at all costs. I wish I could give zero stars.

Needs to be reset
The weather station has to be set up for the day of the week, time and date. I did this but noticed recently that it was out of sync - perhaps because the year had changed. The day and the date are now OK but the time is wrong. Maybe there was a power cut but otherwise I don't why it is not correct. The weather station is easy to read and very useful.As for accuracy - how do I know?
