I have been using a TENS unit for years now. These electrodes have good adhesion - in use, they stay in place yet come off easily without it feeling like a layer of skin is being pulled off with the electrode. With care, I can get a few uses out of each before they reach a point where the adhesive is just too far gone - I just have to make sure I clean them (and my skin) properly with each use.

Just what I was needing, the only down side is they dont stick very long, otherwise they would be perfect

I like the size of these. Smaller ones give a stronger zap. I use them on my neck and lower back. I also use them with my mom on her arms and shoulders. I was hurt in a cast accident and have a lower back fusion... Do not put these over the metal inside you! Have your PT show you where to place them. If you don't have metal in you then use the placement charts that come with your tens unit. I can get maybe 4 uses on my neck because my skin is more oily there... On my back I can get maybe 2 weeks out of them... And I use these daily all day on the"tingle" setting. That keeps muscle spasms away overnight. Mom has MD and gets awful spasms... I use these with the tens unit and it helps with the pain a great deal.Just apply to clean dry skin with no lotion or creams on you. You may get glue "boogers" when you remove them but just pick it off. It doesn't hurt. When removing turn off the machine, then pinch the pass at the wire connection and peel away. Never pull off by using the wire only! If you're hairy there peel in the direction of the hair growth. (My BF told me that one!)
