Have been creating delightful cakes without fuss. The food slips out with little coaxing, leaving minimal cleaning up. Tried it out in the oven too and it held up admirably. It doesn't claim to be a magic pan, and neither will I - the evenness of baking seems dependent on the cake mix rather than the pan.

I am really impressed with this pan, the quality is evident as soon as it arrives. It arrives in a protective bag to prevent scratches or damage. The weight of the pan is fantastic and has a great weight to it, it is simple to use and creates lovely cakes and bread bakes.The pan does advertise that you can dishwasher it, however a sleeve that it arrives with that advises to hand wash. I think it is just generally good practice to wash the pan by hand regardless to prolong the non stick and even coating.
