Its a jump rope
Very cool packaging, rope has weight and looks cool. Comes with carring case and sizing instructions I bought 10 for family and friends

Bad quality
I like the colors but it came broken on arrival. The orange caps on the handles were falling off and the adjustment screw on one of the sides came as a stripped screw. The bearings don’t spin smoothly and I do not recommend this.
