I really enjoy this journal! It’s beautifully made and built to last. The guided prompts are so helpful — especially when you’re not sure where to start. It’s an inspiring tool for self-reflection and personal growth. Highly recommend!

This I bought as a gift for a person I thought was having problems in a relationship. I also got myself one hopefully I get in a relationship.. I think it will be useful. There were several of other Opra books I purchased that I thought were more relevant to me at this time in my life. I enjoy self reflection and prayer anything that will assists me in becoming a better human being.. is so very appreciated. The quality is excellent. There was also a book Opra wrote that inspired me and let us know we are all really the same.. as people that struggle with our food addictions .. rich or poor .. we are all just people making our way in life. What an inspiration she is. All her books are good quality. The more self improvement I can do.. the better I communicate, know how other people deal with the same kind of problems and move forward in my life. It’s so important to not feel alone on our journey through life and that includes any problem. It always helps to hear someone else’s story about how they moved forward with the same kind of problems you are having. Just to know we are not alone.

great prompts and reflection

I absolutely love this book: Oprah's The Life You Want Love and Happiness Journal. I don't like it just because it is created by the great Oprah, but the way it is written and how it is organized and set-up. I believe when I started the journal, I really did build up on my relationships in my life. I have also created new relationships, as well! It has really opened my eyes to what I needed to do to really enrich my life and teaches me to have a better connectivity with people in general. It was very fun to do. I actually bought two of the same books because when I started writing it was mostly scribbly notes. I bought a second one to make it actually legible and to maybe leave it for my kid (future grandbabies) in the future. This is one of the first journal books I ever bought, and it has taught me so much about how to journal and write (about my life).

Love it...but it is a lot, very detailed. It will take a long time to complete it.
