I am so happy I decided to try these. There's a review one person left that talked about how awake he felt, they kept him up through the night and into the next day, without the jittery feeling caffiene can cause. He did mention taking them at night. I was looking for focus and mental energy, primarily, but welcome all the benefits that mushrooms provide. I've been taking for one week now. I am only taking one, every morning with water and a breakfast bar. I feel exactly as I was hoping, awake and focused. I work in accounting and this is very important to me. I also feel quite relaxed, very pleasant. I'm happy to work, I'm happy to take care of responsibilities at home after work. I also am not experiencing any side affects to date. Made me really anxious couldn't take continuous. Don't know if the work or not. Also upset my stomach a little. Take with food if you buy. However they completely refunded my purchase without me asking. I wrote my review and they contacted me with the refund. So if you buy it and it doesn't work they will take care of you. These have been hit and miss for me. Along with the price changing, the formula has apparently too, I remember when I ordered them the first time, they were cheaper and myself and two other people i worked with got hit like a train by them and were up until 3am cleaning our houses because we took them at noon. We were so refreshed after only 3 hours sleep and ready to work that we all came in wired and refreshed with our next days dose in us. These were so strong back in 2024 that I wondered if there was something else in them. The formula used to say Cordyceps "Fruiting Body Extract", and now it says "Mycelium Extract". The picture of the label in the ad still shows fruiting body extract too, but when I got the bottle, its not. Any of the Mycelial extracts are literally just grain water and have nothing the mushrooms are supposed to have in them. They just make me tired now, and dont give me any energy. I was sad to see such a difference when I ordered them this last time. Ive ordered them a few times now hoping it was a fluke but something seems to have changed after those first two bottles I ordered. And it might be the cordyceps part.

Very effective, I take one a day instead of two to save money since I can't really afford it otherwise but they were great even with that, highly recommend, I have more focus with it when I work, I don't love the taste of it but its not horrible, (Im also a picky eater so), Highly recommend even my dad has seen results in the bottle he bought.
