Plantar Faciaitis Is a memory
My wife had plantar faciaitis (PF) and wore a brace in bed keeping foot angled. When I started getting the heel pain I could not stand wearing that brace. I thought my old Spenco inserts would do the trick, nope. I finally found these and initially took them out and put in whatever shoe I was going to wear. Now I have several pairs and when a coworker complains about foot pain from our steel toe boots Ill go as far as taking my boots off and pulling out the insert to show them. So, I pretty much discard all shoe inserts when I buy a new pair of shoes so I can slip in my newest walk comfy insert. Please don't make the mistake of adding this on top of the insole the shoe came with. Yank that scrap out and put this product in.

Works ok
I like these but still feel my hard plastic orthotics give better support for all day walking. These definitely have more cushioning though. However my feet did hurt some after a long day. They don’t usually with my other orthotics

Sole support
I love using these. I have them in two pairs of work boots. I'm 275lbs and on my feet almost 12 hrs a day. These last normally about 6 months, which is the average life of any sole support I've ever had, the ones I have in my boots now last over 10 months before they started the really wear down. I will keep buying these for now on

It's ok
After a week started making my shoes make noises when I walk. And bits of my shoe or the insole.was chipping off into my shoe. I'm still wearing them but annoyed by sounds of my shoe now.

Actually works
Hey everyone!, So I've had plantar faciitis in both feet since 2010 and I've never found relief anywhere. I've tried all the other brands of inserts with high arch support and I've had orthotics made, but I still always felt a lot of pain and I also wore heel cups with them just to try anything to make my pain go down. These inserts reduced my pain the very same day I wore them, and I didn't even need the heel cups. So far it's been about a week so we'll see how long they last, but it's definitely worth paying whatever to have less foot pain. When I take my first steps in the morning, it doesn't even hurt anymore. I still feel slight pain after hours on my feet, but I'd say 50% less pain. Which is really nice!

Squeak
Cons: After three weeks of wearing these insoles, I'm not sure if they are breaking down or what. I have never had an insole squeak or make noise you can hear when you step. I tried them in several different shoes and they all did the same thing. I'm a big guy at 6' 240lbs..But on the Pro side...they are 5 star all the way for comfort, fit, and support. At this point I haven't looked to see if they are returnable.
