I have horrible neuropathy and take gabapentin throughout the day. But there are sometimes in the evenings or even in the afternoons where it is just so unbearable. Sometimes we take a hairbrush and push it into my skin on my feet just to get some relief, but this roller bar is a lot easier than a hairbrush! It has pokies and knobs, which pushed right into where the neuropathy itch is. I gave it four stars because it’s a manual roller… It would be better if somebody was at the other end, moving it for me ha ha but it is a great little too old for me!

I liked this. It's made out of nice wood. Feels great on the feet after a long hard day. Recommend! Good price too.

This is a really cool thing that is extremely simple but helpful. I tried it on my feet which hurt most of the time, and I liked it.It's made completely of wood, and he has little grippy things on the bottom so if you have hardwood floors it won't slip while you're using it. It measures about 10 1/2" x 8", and is about 2 inches tall. Because of its size it's really effective and you can fit both of your feet on it at the same time. The other nice thing about it is that I can slide it under our couch because there's just enough room and it doesn't show. That way it's always handy for when I want to use it. You could also slide one under your bed and use it in the morning to sort of get things going.I found that it was also helpful when I get restless leg symptoms in the evening. I just pull it out and give a few rolls and it seems to stimulate the blood circulation or something, and the symptoms seem to subside.Overall I really like it I feel like it's a super good deal for under $16, simple but effective.I liked it so well that I got a few more as gifts for ChristmasThanks for reading my review

I like that I can keep by the sofa and use on both feet while watching tv, reading, or online. Positioning the rod with the longer nubs near my toes gives a less intense massage; I like putting that roller near my heels so I can roll with more pressure and get a deeper massage/stretch.The bottom has anti slip strips and two on my device weren't lined up but it was easy enough to gently pull up the strip and reposition it.I also had to trim a piece of the strip that overhung the edge of the unit. I point this out because the strip is sticky so if it's not positioned correctly on the wood, it's going to pick up fuzz and dirt. A small problem and not worth deducting a star IMO.Good unit for those wanting to treat/prevent plantar fascitis - or just have a nice foot massage.

I love this foot massager. I get really bad feet pain since i was a teen, and i have never been able to find out why. Ever since i got this foot massager, i look forward to getting home and massaging my feet with. When i first began using, i felt a little weird but i quickly became used to it, and now i go to town on it lol. I usually use it while im sitting down watching tv or on my laptop. It truly feels amazing, during and after each use. I cant see myself without this foot massager. I highly recommend it.
