It offers everything you need in one convenient machine, including printing, scanning, and faxing capabilities. This is a very good black and white printer. Fast printing (other reviews will note the number of pages per minute) and the ability to have an all in one copy and scan capability is a must have. Double sided printing/copy/scan is a game changer! I use it in my home, maybe print like 20-50 pages a month. I dislike inkjets because the nozzles tend to clog up or cartridges dry out. Print setup was easy to connect to a 2019 iMac 27" i5 running MacOS 14. I also enabled the scan to network folder to my iMac desktop which required a bit of time to get the shared folder permissions set, but now that it works, I can scan and the file drops seamlessly to the desktop. Connecting to a 2020 Dell Latitude notebook with Win11 took a bit longer, required a separate print driver install from the HP website. Also, no issue printing directly from iPhone. I connected the printer via RJ45 Ethernet and do not have the wifi enabled on the printer. Lastly, it also has a separate manual feed try that pops out so if you're printing a single envelope, labels, or using card stock you don't have to empty the main paper tray to do so. If you're looking for a fast black and white laserjet printer that can scan and copy, this is the printer to get.

Purchased new. Printer worked fine for 7 months then had multiple issues and wouldn't work and was still under warranty. I contacted HP and the best they would do is offer me a refurbished replacement. I'm very disappointed in the product and service. Since it is under warranty and I bought new I feel it should be replaced with a new unit.UPDATE #1: The person I spoke to at HP offered that I could contact Amazon who I originally purchased the printer through to see if they would do anything to help with replacing the printer. There too. I ran into a customer service representative that could care less that this expensive item was a piece of junk after very little use in the short time I had it. And said Amazon would not do anything. I called HP back. Got another customer "service" person, who also could really care less. She did say I could lodge an official complaint, and their people would review it and decide if they were going to send me a brand new printer. But she said she's never heard that be successful. So I am stuck getting a refurbished for however long that lasts. This was my last HP purchase.Update #2. The refurbished printer HP sent me is junk as well! It has to be hard rest before each time you want to printer a document

Needed to replace a printer for my small business. This HP LaserJet Pro is fantastic. Blazing Speed and the print quality is amazing. Really enjoying this purchase and would highly recommend.
