Extremely greasy. Bitter taste. Dry casings hard to bite into.

Love these, they are perfect, not very salty, the right amount of fat, low moisture content. They came in well packaged but they were shipped from California and took quite a few days to get to Ohio (funny because they are made near Chicago and traveled twice across US), so safe to get them in the winter, not sure how well they would travel in the summer with regular shipping.

Not too salty, great high protein snack. However, I wish they would remove the nitrates! There are other ways to preserve these.

Excellent flavor, last a long time in the fridge. I'm happy about the nitrate, as I don't like botulism in my snacks.
