Do you have to swallow these tablets? Or can you crush them and have them in water? It's just that I can't swallow tablets.

The answer I'm afraid is 'yes'. They are long and rounded at the ends with a half way line. However, they are short enough not to be able to get enough leverage to break and they are pretty hard. Have never tried to crush, but think it would need some pressure to do so. Also, with what they contain I think they would taste pretty awful. If you do buy and succeed advise mix with golden syrup or honey to disguise.

In my late 70's. Is it worth trying?

3 years ago my hair was falling out. I saw an advert for New Nordic and decided to try it. It isn't a quick 1 month fix. It took 3-4 months for me to see an improvement.Since then I have continued to use this product and my hair is fine now. I will carry on using it as I would hate my hair to go back to the condition it was in then. I am 70yrs old. Hope you give it a try
