After five days of awful gas and constipation being in agony, everything has returned to normal after one dose. Definitely worth keeping in the medicine cupboard

Great product and very effective for easing cramps especially after over indulging on food or after eating spicy foods. The only side effect I notice is a dry mouth, but that seems to be a very common one and it’s nothing major. Still a really reliable option when you need quick relief.
