I don't write reviews, usually but I need to do so for this product. Issues resolved: bad sleep, slow wound healing, low libido, erectile dysfunction and possibly back acne. My main symptom was slow wound healing. If I scratch my skin, it scabs quickly but the skin just won't heal properly and always leaves a massive scar ( way bigger than it should for the severity of the scrape ). At first, I thought: "Ok, I might be diabetic, even though it scabs quickly, let's get tested" and so I did - my blood sugar is PERFECT. I drink enough water, my vitamin levels are ok, (got a blood test done). I thought, maybe I need collagen (as skin is made of it), I bought a bovine collagen peptides supplement and started taking a scoop of that every day, and my skin got better, but only a little. I also started taking vitamin C 1000mg x1 a day because it is needed for transportation of collagen and collagen synthesis. About 1 week into that I got a scrape on the top side of my right hand and was happy as it will show me if it heals quicker. It did heal quicker, but still left a massive scar, and took longer than it should've for a scrape of that size. I finally decided to try and add zinc too. I bought these and started taking them. I have been taking them for like a week so far 1x a day and not only has that scrape healed fully but scars that I have from months ago are starting to finally go normal skin colour rather than staying purple/darker colour. This is incredible. Before ordering this I read on different forms of zinc and their bioavailability and what not but in the end decided to go with the most basic one, as this is the form that has been used in all scientific studies and it has been shown to work. The other forms might work better, but we don't know that for sure. I also had low libido and my erections weren't as hard as they used to (and I am 19) which I suspect was due to low testosterone, as zinc deficiency is well-known to dramatically decrease testosterone levels in healthy males. My libido increased during the first 2 days and remained high, my erections have become rock-hard, literally. I also wake up with morning wood every morning now. Another thing is - acne. It is a bit early for me to comment on that but, I used to have acne on my back. My face has the occasional spot too but my back and shoulders were constantly covered. Now, for the first time in forever the acne on my back is no longer inflamed and is drying up. The final thing that has been resolved is my overall anxiety and sleep issues. I am not saying that this is a miracle supplement, but I've had anxiety issues since I can remember. Sometimes I would go to bed and my heart would pound fast as if I had just done 10x100m sprints, which as you can imagine isn't helpful to sleep haha. I still get anxiety but it goes down to baseline within seconds, a few minutes at most. Also, recently I have had trouble sleeping deeply and have been waking up multiple times per night and so on. All of these symptoms went away. I do not think I am experiencing placebo because I have tried so many things before: magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin k2 mk4 & mk7, omega 3, probiotics, inulin, garlic extract, oregano oil etc. and none of them had this effect. Now, the interesting thing is that I had a blood test done approximately 1 year ago and my zinc levels were ( I don't remember the units) 17 and the reference range was 10-30 so they weren't that low. I recently also quit the vegan diet after following it for 2 years and it is well known to deplete zinc levels. Maybe I had normal blood levels last year but in order for those to be achieved my body had to use up its last zinc storage. I think this is worth a shot. Try taking it if you suspect a deficiency and if your symptoms don't improve within a week there's no point to keep going. PS: I didn't get the stomach pain/nausea that some people experience when taking this. I always took it with some greek yoghurt (just what I happen to have for breakfast)

Ok so not the smallest tablet, in fact the largest supplement tablet I take by quite some margin, but it's easy enough to swallow. Bottom line is.. it's a years supply for a decent price from a trust worthy company. Would buy again as long as the price stays down

General note: Me and my husband have been taking your supplements for several years now and we literally have not been sick since. Little cold rarely couple of days, but nothing as serious that hot cup of tea and good night sleep can't fix. Because we are taking many of your supplements at the same time it's almost hard to separate how each of them influences us, but for us the most important thing is that we are healthy, we feel energised, our cravings are in line, stomach is not upset etc Personal note: Around 2014 I used to struggle with extreme exhaustion and all the symptoms that came with it like upset stomach, lack of concentration, different body aces, continuous fever and depression. And every time when I caught cold it took me long time to get well. Often I needed antibiotics to get over the cough or bladder infection. That made me to look for answers. First I shared it with my GP and I had several tests and scans done. Everything seemed to be in good order and only advise I really got was to rest and couple of doctors suggested different vitamins. When I found out that zinc boosts the immune system I decided to add it to my list. I have not had flu or serious cold for a long time. I also have noticed less cravings for sweets. I would like to think that zinc has a key part in it.

This product is a sensible size to swallow. It is brilliant for hair and nails and I take it on a daily basis. My nails have never been better and I am frequently complimented on the length and health of my nails. Excellent value for a year’s supply. I knew that having sufficient zinc in my diet is so important, I was concerned that I was probably having insufficient in my general diet. I am a vegetarian and know that animal foods are better sources of zinc and therefore I needed a reliable supplement. I saw this product on Amazon and was very pleased to see that it is made in the UK. Since taking 40mg each day I feel more alert and less tired. The tablets are smooth to swallow and not too big. I will definitely buy from this company again. The seller is very approachable and cares for the satisfaction of the customer.

Good value but quite large tables that I'm struggling to swallow, concequently I cut them in half.

Zinc dont je fais la cure pour un problème inflammatoire, car cet oligo-élément favorise la cicatrisation de l'inflammation interne, mais à associer au cuivre pour la complémentarité indispensable, le cuivre est un grand anti inflammatoire naturel, j'ai opté pour cette cure qui va grandement m'aider, je l'ai déjà fait et c'est très bon, car les médecins sont NULS et ignorants, je n'ai pas rencontré un toubib qui sache l'utilité des oligo éléments dans mon genre de cas, à part leurs médicaments qui te bouffe la santé... Merci à la société anglaise qui vend de bons produits, je recommande en cure.

Super satisfait pour le moment, livraison bien plus que rapide et bien plus que correcte autant sur l'emballage que sur la quantité (365 gélules, un an de complément au top !!!) Alors je ne vous chanterai plus les louanges de tout ce que ce produit apportera de bien à notre organisme... alors je vais le débuter des maintenant et je reviendrai donner un commentaire bien détailler... merci et à bientôt ( les gélules ne sont vraiment pas si grosse que ça, elle passe sans problème )

J'ai reçu la boite de comprimés rapidement et très bien emballée. J'ai acheté ce supplément sur les conseils de mon beau-frère qui en consomme déjà. En effet, je suis souvent enrhumé et désire lutter contre ces infections à répétition. Le format de 365 comprimés permet d'avoir un traitement sur un an et le prix défie toute concurrence. Je ne peux encore donner d'avis sur les effets car cela ne fait que 2 semaines que j'ai commencé à en prendre, mais j'ai l'impression d'avoir plus d'énergie et un meilleur sommeil. Je recommande !

- Gros comprimés à avaler... et m’ont donné des maux de ventre et des nausées ++++++ notamment si non pris pendant un repas !!! - M'a généré des soirées nauséeuses pendant plusieurs heures si je ne mangeais pas assez avec ... - J'avais eu le même problème avec les ampoules - Ce doit être propre au ZINC car je ne suis pas du tout à tendance nauséeuse d'habitude. - Attention cependant : ces CP ont été consommés en juillet 2017 , la boîte vendue (CF photo) était des Cp de 50 mg Désormais elle fait 40 mg/ cp Peut-être ont ils perçus les surdosages ? Surtout que 50 mg c'était 5 à 10 fois la dose journalière recommandée (AJR). - J’espère pouvoir aider certains d’entre vous comme vous m’avez aidé, car j’ai persisté pendant 1 mois avec des nausées quasiment tous les soirs avant de comprendre l’origine. c’est en suspectant le comprimé de Zinc que je suis retourné sur les commentaires amazon et j’ai pu lire les commentaires négatifs qui relayaient des troubles digestifs. J’ai alors tout de suite compris. merci donc à vous !
