I really like this product , better than any other I tried. My nails get stronger, my hair grow again and I look younger, my skin is better than 20 years ago :)

Definitely makes a difference to my dehydrated skin.

Each time I take these, my face breaks out terribly. I have tried it on several occasions to make sure. This product is definitely the cause and I break out all over my face with huge spots after taking it so I will have to dispose of this product. It's such a pity. how

Arrived quickly, no problems with product or packaging, have tried phytoceramides recently and found them helpful but wanted one without added vitamin A.

Brilliant product , been using a couple of months and can see difference in my skin.

This product cannot be used as there are warnings on the packet not to mix with other medications. This was not made clear when purchasing the pills. Very dangerous

These really do seem to work, been taking for a month and my skin feels noticeably smoother, pretty amazing considering the colder weather when I usually have problems. They only don't get 5 stars as no one else has noticed - yet anyway.
