Excellent coconut flour
This is my favourite coconut flour for gluten/ dairy free baking . Coconut flour is by its nature very absorbent so it’s good to use when using vegetables to bake cakes with to absorb the excess moisture . If your recipe calls for coconut flour this is a good one to use. It’s finely milled and not overpowering in its flavour . Keep it dry but it sieves easily and will be light and powdery

Makes Brilliant Gluten-Free Brownies!
Lovely stuff! I made the most delicious, moist gluten-free chocolate brownies with this and they are a hit with everyone, not only those on a gluten-free diet. With other strongly flavoured ingredients you don't taste the coconut, but the flat bread I made did have a slight suggestion of coconut flavour. I am happy with this but some people might not be. I would say that if you haven't used this flour before, follow a reliable recipe or two to the letter so you get a feel of how it behaves before freely substituting it for more traditional flours. It needs a lot of liquid or egg to work well but I find that it produces light, moist results and I will be using it a lot in my future gluten-free baking.

Das beste Kokosmehl, das ich je hatte! Ich habe bestimmt schon jedes zweite Kokosmehl Deutschlandweit probiert, aber das hier ist von Geschmack, Verarbeitung und Geruch das Beste. Das von Dr. Georg war auch ziemlich gut, aber das setzt nochmal Einen drauf! :-D Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Bonne qualité de la farine. Quantité de carbohydrates réduite par rapport aux autres farine du marché. J'en recommande. ( à associé avec le psyllium)
