I know everyone says this but I honestly never leave reviews... but I know a lot of women suffer from hair loss or thinning and think its important to address and help out if we find solutions. My hair has been thinning and falling out a lot during washing and brushing out. Since using these tablets, I have seen a small reduction in how much hair falls out during washing and brushing. I have not seen any difference in hair growth from the follicle or any improvement on my scalp area. I am hoping that the reduction in hair fallout during washing and brushing will improve as time goes on and I will see a difference in hair growth from the follicle and in my scalp health. For now, I think they are working slowly, so progress is not instant.

I received these not too long ago but have found my hair growing at an increased rate. I have damaged hair after continuously dyeing and stripping it of colour, due to the fact that my hair is curly and is not as strong as other hair, it has split and turned tangled. I took this supplement two years ago (when I was 21) and haven’t recovered since. DHT is a sex hormone and a testosterone. Ever since I’ve had a severe decrease in libedo which has had a huge impact on my life in general and even after two years it’s yet to return to its normal levels. When I turned 40 I noticed I started shredding a lot more hair so started to take hair supplements. These are the second brand I’ve tried and are far the best. The tablets are roughly the same save as a paracetamol or antibiotic tablet, however they smell and taste awful. If you’ve got a weak gag reflex or cannot take smelly tablets these are not for you. However if you can get past these issues it is so worth it. After only a couple weeks of taking them I noticed my shredding had significantly reduced and my hair looked generally far more healthy. By the month mark my hair was glowing, it looked so shiny and felt so sort to touch. I naturally have wavy hair that tends to frizz so I use serums etc to tame the frizz. However, I have noticed that I’m not using half the serum I previous was as I’m not getting anywhere near my usual frizz. My hairdresser also has noticed a huge difference and cannot believe how shiny my hair is. I would definitely recommend these, as they’ve made such a big difference to my hair.
