Fantastic soap dispenser. It looks absolutely perfect and I will definitely be buying more as we renovate our bathrooms. I have stuck the dispenser rather than use screws. I have left it for 24hours and it feels really secure on the metro tiles. All filled now and ready for use

Love this. Makes my life so much easier and safer in the shower. Make sure you leave it adhered to the wall for 24 hours before adding your products and you’ll save yourself the worry if drilling through tiles the adhesive is super strong. Lovely clean finish to any shower room or bathroom very pleased

I bought this product after using one at an AirBnb. Its particular advantage being it makes it much more easy to use body wash in the shower. I have only one criticism is that a few weeks after I started using it it seemed to get jammed and wouldn't dispense soap but the next day whatever the problem was cleared itself and its been fine since and I've been using it now for a few months. Its reasonably easy to install but if you have ceramic tiles in your shower drilling through them to mount the bracket on the wall can be a bit of an effort and you may need a special drill bit to drill through your tiles (as I did).

This is the third set of double hand pumps that we have bought from Simplehuman although the previous two came from a high street retailer. We think that these dispensers are very good quality in both appearance and operation and the stainless steel appearance allows them to be used regardless of the decoration in the bathroom. The choice of hook or plain blanking piece for each pump unit is a nice touch. I have always been wary of appliances that are fixed to a wall by 'glue' however, the adhesive supplied with this product is excellent and has maintained them on our ceramic tiled wall even when both pumps are full, and avoided any unsightly wall drilling's. In use we have found that the pumps have two potential 'weak' points. The first is that depending on where they are mounted in the shower area, it is possible to knock them and unmount them from their base causing them to fall to the floor with catastrophic results. We solved this by placing a small screw (or large headed nail), into the mounting hole after fitting the pump to the base thus preventing them from lifting out. The screw is not on view and can be easily removed if the pump is required to be taken down for cleaning. The second problem is that the pump handle (being plastic), can fracture in use after a period of time especially if the user is 'heavy handed' though in practice we have found that the most popular pump in our bathroom (shampoo), lasts between three to four years. All in all a very good product and we would certainly purchase further examples from this range.

I bought it a year and a half ago, still working perfectly. It gives you a steady amount of soap once you learn how much to press it to get the amount that you want. It stuck to the wall very well following the instructions

They certainly look good, and if that is your criterion for buying something, then this is the product for you. Unfortunaly they don't work as well as they look. I have placed mine next to the shower controls, and they fill with water and dilute the product inside.This happens very quickly about 4 showers later and the cylinder is 1/4 full In the kids' shower, I have a cheap dispenser which works great and hasn't failed yet. I would not buy these again and cannot recommend them to anyone. I will take some photos to support what I have written

Waste of money. the unit is too heavy to stick to the wall tiles. Fell of the wall once the shower steamed up, breaking in the process.

Livré par Amazon dans l'emballage du produit sans aucune autre forme (même pas de scotch pour fermer l'emballage, n'importe qui pouvait prendre tout ou partie du contenu qui s'ouvrait et se refermait à volonté). Donc carton rouge pour Amazon. Ceci étant dit, parlons du produit maintenant : déjà il faut se faire une raison, tous les distributeurs de ce type sont "Made in China" et celui-ci n'y échappe pas. Après avoir regardé bien des produits, celui-ci me semblait attrayant. Le prix est très élevé, certes, mais la qualité semble au rendez-vous. Tous les éléments sont très bien finis, il n'y a rien à redire et c'est garanti 5 ans ce qui semble un gage de sécurité. Tout est bien pensé, c'est même livré avec une pochette alcool pour dégraisser le support mural avant de fixer. L'intégralité du produit est en plastique de qualité sauf les leviers de distribution qui sont en métal chromé. Passons à l'installation : le produit est en 3 parties, la partie murale à fixer et les 2 distributeurs qui sont amovibles facilement de la partie murale. Cette murale peut se fixer de 2 manières : soit en perçant et en utilisant chevilles et vis (non fournies), soit en le collant en utilisant les parties collantes 3M double face (déjà pré-installées sur l'arrière de la partie murale). Pour ma part j'ai retenu cette dernière option : j'ai bien dégraissé le carrelage avec l'alcool fourni et bien plaqué la partie murale pendant 2 minutes sur le carrelage. J'ai ensuite attendu 48 heures avant de remettre les distributeurs sur le support. Le résultat est satisfaisant, c'est joli et fonctionnel. Je l'utilise dans la cuisine pour le savon mains et le liquide vaisselle. Les distributeurs sont souples et on peut doser la quantité de savon distribuée suivant l'action effectuée sur le levier de distribution. Si on tire le levier à fond, la quantité distribuée est correcte et généreuse. Bref, rien à redire, je recommande le produit (en espérant qu'Amazon prenne en compte mes remarques sur l'emballage) et il ne me reste qu'à voir à l'usage...
