These are a great price for a years supply of vitamin D. They also definitely work as I have had my bloods checked and I am no longer vitamin D deficient after taking these consistently. The capsules are also a good size and easy to swallow.

Advised by my GP to take at least 10,000 iu per day for a serious on-going deficiency due to a medical condition, I have been taking these for more than 5 years and my deficiency has significantly reduced - my GP said "just keep doing what you're doing", which is taking these. Soft, squidgey, smooth to swallow and no taste. And they work. Good for reinforcing the immune system and easing exhaustion. This is a refill pouch for their bottle but it is resealable for use on its own. Same size as an ibuprofen capsule but squishier.

Very small capsules so easy to swallow. A full years supply at a good price. Bought 3 packets and giving 1 each to my two daughters. At that price you can afford to.

I buy these for my mother as she has osteoporosis and has been told by the hospital to take vitamin D. The vit D levels in her blood tests are always good so they must be working. The gel capsules are nice and small and really easy to swallow. I prefer gel capsules to tablets because they don't contain any fillers. I have bought this brand several times and would recommend them.

My PCP remarked at the strong levels of D3 in my blood after routine blood panel for thyroid and hair loss. I started taking this gel cap about 7 months prior to the blood panel, per an endocrinologist's recommendation. We all know that the best source of D is sunlight, but in the winter or rainy climates, these little tiny gel caps are SO effective and helpful, they do NOT simply flush through your system but will appear in your bloodwork! I highly recommend it, it's inexpensive and necessary. I will take these for the rest of my life. No taste, easy to use, great absorption.

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH OSTEOPINIA AND I WAS TOLD BY MY DOCTOR TO TAKE THIS WITH VITAMIN D IT IS WORKING GREAT. THESE ARE A LITTLE BIT BIG BUT I HAVE NO PROBLM SWALLOWING THEM

I’m so happy I was able to find this in a large quantity. It was rather bothersome having to buy it every 90 days. Now I’m set for a year. They seem to be a good product. I won’t know until I go for my annual physical & get my vitamin d levels tested. If they’re good I won’t update this review, if not, I’ll definitely update.

These work well. They did help boost my energy, the pills weren't sticky or smelly, and they are small and easy to swallow. I can't speak for how much they helped my Vitamin D levels or my immune system. But again, I did have an energy boost with them. I did also notice some nausea if I didn't eat them directly with food.
