(I never use the Volume button feature anyway!) and do you want to prove that all these negative reviews are wrong! THEN THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU! These are by far the best pair of budget headphones I have ever bought in my music filled lifetime. I tend to go for cheap pairs as I go through headphones quicker than my boxers, and usually don't expect them to last for more than a week, or have a decent level of sound quality. I bought 3 pairs of these, and I am currently still on the first pair of these bad-boys 2 months prior to purchasing them! The sound quality is to perfection, and they can easily be cleaned. I personally removed the strange ear wax defense mechanism as they always get clogged up, and I haven't had to clean them since. I haven't taken any care with these headphones if i'm honest, I even recall them getting caught in my car door and must have dragged along the road whilst I drove around 30 miles, and yet they still survived. This wasn't deliberate of course, but it goes to show you how inviolable these are. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Seeing as I bought 3 pairs, and have 3 pairs left, I can safely say that these were worth the £9 I payed for them in total, as they will last me a good 3 years at least. (As long as they don't try to escape my car that is).

I have a problem... My headphones tend to break every six weeks! I don't listen to the heaviest music, I guess I'm cursed! I found these headphones and the price was more than attractive compared to the others in this quality. I had to order them as my commutes were getting sad without music. They came a day early, thank goodness! They were loosely packaged but they are not that likely to break. My month of testing them, the bass is amazing, the quality was top notch. I listen to all the genres but primary rock and heavy metal! My usual problem is the guitars, drums and bass pick up incredibly well, yet the vocals sound like the artist is in the shower... However this pair had a perfect level, the vocals were auditable and clean! The sound cancelling is as good as you would expect for ear buds. The comfort... I have a tragus piercing so in ear phones ain't an easy task. (any tragus pierced people please read). I found the comfort so so, the piercing I had to push out the way every time, I had to move it if I turned my head etc. They wouldn't stay in my ear either so they kept catching it. Not the worst I have tried however not the best. I would recommend these earphones as they are priced nicely and the quality was amazing!

I have purchased this product now already several times. Yes, they may break after about a year or so, but for their price, they are well worth it.

I have had many pairs of these Samsung headsets over the years. They work well, the volume and button on the headset is useful and the sound quality pretty good. However the microphone is easily destroyed when used in the rain and they don't last particularly long; circa 4 months with heavy daily use. I have gone onto using Xiaomi headphones (I bought about 15 pairs) but the Xiaomi headphones are tolerant to the rain and last far longer so it looks like the pairs I have will last me now for a very long time. I accidentally put a pair through a washing machine at 40 degrees and after leaving them to dry out for a few weeks they now work again; seem to be good as new!

Just got the earphone, it will be a gift for my Father, normally I do not like this type of earphone that goes deep in the ear, as normally not very comfy and quickly comes out, not with this one, seemed good and comfy on the ear, the wire is light and "rubbery" so is good, regarding the sound is okay not brilliant for music, comparing to a headset but very clear using the phone and the position of the speaker and buttons are on the on the spot as it should be. It is a beautiful earphone. Do not know how long will last but for the price, is a good deal. And bare in mind any type earphones will not last you long time, unless you use it not so often.Did not tested with a Samsung phone only with the Moto G 4G, but the buttons do not work with it, but was expecting that as I had a previous Samsung Earphone which did not work either, but all the rest works perfectly. And it is branded on the earphone the brand "Samsung". Hope my Father likes it will post his feed back after.

You might as well buy from one of the other many fake "genuine" headphone replacement sellers on here. First off I will talk about delivery time. I ordered this Oct 21 and did not receive it until 5th Nov. I contacted the seller and left negative feedback on the 30th Oct. To their credit they got in touch to say they had sent it days ago and offered to send a replacement in case it had got lost. However they didn't, they started ignoring my emails instead. Then it finally turned up and I noticed the invoice had 29th October printed on it in the footer. So they lied when they had sent it, it took them more than a week to even dispatch. Furthermore they are not genuine Samsung at all, they have round cables instead of flat and the wrong ear pieces. Having said that they are not bad quality, better than some of the other fakes I have had and at least have a bit of bass. I just would get them from someone else who doesn't waste your time.

Works exactly like the headphones which came with my S4, and also sound pretty much the same. Also very good build quality, I fell off my bike onto them and they still work fine.
