I've long used Glutamine as a bit of a pick me up when feeling rundown or due to intense exercise - usually 5g in powder form. I bought these in a rush as they were cheaper and wish I paid more attention as they've honestly had zero effect as the dosage is just too low. Save your money - go for a 5mg per serving option, in powder form.

The actual bottle was damaged with all capsules displaced in the outer casing of the bottle I.e. bubble wrap. Not acceptable as a product and worst non returnable

After taking this I noticed more joint pain (I have arthritis). so I did some research on the ingredients. This is how they arrived... bit of a shock tbh. Absolutely no warning as the parcel itself looked fine so I have no idea how someone managed to pack this and post it.

I took this and the next day I developed the worst cold/sinus issues ie runny nose, sneezing, cough etc..took me two weeks to recover. I don't know why these capsules triggered these symptoms so I stopped taking them

I didn't find they made a difference

La glutamine me permet de ne plus avoir de douleur intestinal. Je trouve même qu'elle m'aide réellement à digérer. A raison de 2 gélules par jour de préférence le matin, je me sens mieux depuis et je renouvelle ce complément tous les mois sans effet secondaire. Très bon produit je conseille vivement.

J'ai fait une première petite cure en début d'été de L-Glutamine puis me sentant mieux (notamment pour me tourner dans le lit), je n'ai pas immédiatement fait le lien avec la glutamine que je n'ai pas renouvelée. J'ai fait ce lien 3 semaines plus tard quand j'ai recommencé à sentir plus d'inconfort dans le lit. J'ai recommencé une cure fin août et même constat que lors de la première cure. Je sens un mieux au niveau de la fatigue musculaire, des douleurs aussi. Sinon, concernant Nutrigroup, je recommande cette boutique. Je commande désormais sans hésiter : livraison rapide, prix qui me sont accessibles contrairement à mes pharmacies locales. J'espère que Nutrigroup va continuer encore longtemps de proposer les produits Solgar au prix qu'elle les propose actuellement.
