Sylvanian Families 4172 Walnut Squirrel Family, Multicolor

Really lovely quality and so cute, my grandaughters love them

I've just bought this set for one of my younger nieces as they have recently started to collect Sylvanian Families and although she has a few of the buildings and accessories, she doesn't have many of the animals to play with alongside. This is a major blast from the past for me as I used to collect and play with Sylvanian Families when I was growing up and actually had the squirrel family along with a lot of the others such as the rabbit and bear families. It's so very nice but also strange to see my niece now playing with them and in fact all of my childhood toys seems to have made a come back (My Little Pony's and Care Bears too) recently. Apparently the sets I had are now vintage and so I wish I'd kept hold of them! The Sylvanian Familes are just like I remember them and the Walnut Squirrel Family are lovely and go perfectly with the Walnut Baby Squirrels I bought her recently too. The box contains: 1 x Mummy Walnut Squirrel 1 x Daddy Walnut Squirrel 1 x Boy Squirrel 1 x Girl Squirrel 1 x Mini Catalogue All the squirrels have movable arms, heads etc and so are poseable and their clothes are removable if wished. Their tails are super fluffy and they are just as soft and well made as I remember them. I just love that all these years later the Sylvanian Families are still going strong.

Good quality but in my opinion a little expensive for what it is - but that's the way the brand works.

Very highly endorsed by my wee granddaughter, some of the accessorie parts are quite small, so if very young kids are playing with them then I would say be careful. Overall good quality and who doesn't think squirrels in clothes are cute.

Absolutely love the Walnut Squirrel family so much. Fluffy tails, cute little faces and adorable outfits. A personal favourite now in my collection. A must buy!
