Acetyl L Carnitine. Firstly I used this supplement a few years ago and found it worked well and helped with tiredness during workouts which is why I decided to look for this product again. I've recently had a baby and although I'm not yet in the gym, I've been exercising at home, I thought this would help give me a boost. I certainly has, I have more energy and I don't feel I'm craving sweet treats as I was before. I've read a lot of reviews about people taking this supplement to lose weight, I feel I've lost some but as I've said I've just had a baby and I'm aware that my weight is changing. I'd like to think it's helping the weight come off faster and the energy I've gained helps me move more......... I'm into my second lot of the supplement as I was so impressed with the quality and effect of the first lot of tablets. The order was delivered really quickly and within a few days I received an email from the supplier asking if I needed any help or advice regarding this supplement or any other, I thought this was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this product and company.

I've ordered this product 2/3 times from amazon and it always comes wel packaged and the fact it's prime eligible is a plus! Obliviously there is no such thing as a quick fix for weight loss but this product definitely helps. I've been using this for about a year and it's made a noticble difference to fat loss. If you're like me and try to eat healthy but with quite a few slip ups or intend to do lots of exercise a week but generally only make it to the gym once, then I would recommend as this has kept my weight at a steady number even if I have a bit of a binge week or two! It also really helps with energy levels-i don't drink coffee so not caffeine dependent, but taking these I have noticed a considerable increase in my daily energy levels. I've had some that have given me permanent headaches but these seem to be fine.

I paid for this supplement - didn't receive it free or discounted! I ordered these as I suffer from several health conditions that affect both my physical and mental abilities, plus I'm vegetarian and it can be difficult to find veggie/vegan friendly supplements. I've been taking them for a few weeks now in conjunction with a new healthy-eating plan (low carb/high 'good' fat). I'm sure that these have helped me in terms of my energy levels and mental alertness - I've had less brain-fog and not needed to nap/rest quite as much as usual. I've also lost a significant amount of weight, but I'm going to attribute that mostly to my new eating plan (though this supplement MAY have helped, I have no way of knowing for sure!). I don't think you would see results unless used in conjunction with a healthier lifestyle in general, ie: diet & exercise, though I would say this about any supplement. Overall - recommended.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical of this product at first, but due to the high number of praising reviews I thought I'd take the plunge, and boy was I glad I did. To give some background I am vegan, I play rugby a couple of times a week, rock climb 3 times a week and then train at the gym 4 days a week. Due to doing a lot pf physical activity I found myself lacking in energy on certain days. Thats where this product comes in. The first couple of days I took it I didnt notice a huge difference however my cardio went up greatly, I used to huff and puff after a 2 mile run, now after 2 miles I was feeling relatively fresh and even managed a 4 mile run! In terms of the produts functionality in sports this is fantastic. I used to find myself tiring after around 2 hours at the climbing centre, now I still feel fresh after a 3 hour session. When at the gym again I am able to push myself further, some of my lifts have increased but overall my endurance has gone up, cardio is a breeze now and I am able to lift weights for longer periods of time, I usually do 2 hours of weights and a half hour of cardio, which when using this product is a breeze. When playing rugby I have also found this greatly increases my ability to get around the pitch, and also allows me to recover much quicker from contact situations, with my body not feeling bruised or achey after. Dosage wise I just take 2 capsules in the morning and thats it. I have found this enough for myself though I will experiemnt with 4 capsules a day for a week. I have found the best way to use this is to take it just before eating breakfast as well as this I have found due to the extra activity I can do I can eat more whilst still losing weight. For example at the minute im going for 3000 calories a day and still losing around a kilogram a week, whether this is due to burning processes including in the supplement or the fact I am doing harder and longer sessions, or even a mixture of the two, I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to stay natural whilst also getting an edge over the competition. My current supplements used are: Multivitamin - 1 in the morning Carnitine Extreme - 2 in the morning Cissus extract - 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon BCAA/Creatine Mix - Pre/intra workout for exercise. This 'stack' so to say has worked wonders for both my health, my body and my ability to train!
