I bought it when it was around £5 but I'd say that the answer is in the question really. It's probably because of the high demand of the product that the price has consequently increased. You may just have to keep an eye out and wait for it to go back down again. Hope this helps :)

Is this good for dandruff

The shampoo is not a specfic anti-dandruff shampoo. Yiu would probably do better with a shampoo specifically for the problem.
