I saw a lot of bad reviews. I just installed it in my Nissan frontier but I will say is my truck wasn’t exactly built for this because it doesn’t have the sliders on both sides so I had to improvise a little bit, but I got it to work drove down some dirt roads took some sharp turns and it stayed up without any problems. The problem is it’s a little hard to get out actually. Photo is a little AI generated. Wasn’t sure if I could post the real one haha

This gun rack is initially flimsy feeble and just ok ... the reason why I gave this gun rack a 5 star is because this gun rack has a potential to be great. I have a Silverado 1500 single cab ... so i am limited from the get go with space. Take some black electrical tape and wrap the TOP flange of both racks , one time... then take the electrical tape and wrap the BOTTOM flange six times ( this will ensure grip ) this alone helps the product 50% more , but still not stout. I made a 16" distance placement between racks I took a 1/4 wooden dowel , ( if you are a welder , you know what you can do with metal instead ) cut two16"s length Painted black ... starting with small drill bit , drilled small holes on each end dead center ... progressed to next size up , drilled, next size up , drilled 1/2 " depth Got four 1" wood screws with lock washers ... ( painted top black ) Install dowels lower & mid section where there are designated holes ...snug to tight ... the gun rack is sturdy and stout ... see photos

I bought this to hang my bow as the description says bows and firearms. I have to be honest, I never tried to load any of my firearms on it. It wouldn't fit in my truck unless it as close together as the headrests impeded it. It was hard to hang my bow and eventually I gave up as I couldn't position them properly as they stuck out too far and hit the headrests because the bottom isn't high enough. I think this would be better if it was just one rack and I've seen reviews showing the top rack is too high. It's kind of flimsy and I don't know how safe it'd be if you hit a pothole or if you did any off-roading as it barely tucked under enough to make me feel it was secure but I was also afraid it'd tear up the inside and compromise my truck. For reference I have a '13 chevy Silverado crew cab. It's just not made for this truck, unfortunately.

These are good for temporary use only, definitely not to be mounted permanently, but they work great stored in my truck to be mounted when needed.

They are as described, and I'm sure will be perfect for what I want them for :D

Ich gebe dem Produkt 3 Sterne nicht weil das Produkt schlecht ist sondern weil die Verpackung völlig kaputt geliefert wurde. Gottseidank waren alle Schrauben noch vorhanden und das Produkt nicht beschädigt.

Used it foe my fishing rods. Worked great. Actually got alot of comments from people asking where I purchased.
