Rockstar Xdurance Energy Drink 25% more caffeine, 500ml, (Pack of 12) - Packaging May Vary

Some aren't a fan of the sweetness of this drink, however I personally love it. The "artificial blueberry" taste, is my favourite taste - the best tasting energy drink in my opinion. The perfectly smooth taste, means I end up drinking this a lot faster than other drinks. It's harder to "down" a generic red bull clone because of the slightly bitter taste, but you don't get that here. The flavour is as smooth as drinking an Oasis, no bitterness. The caffeine content is nothing special, it's the same as most other energy drinks, however, Rockstar does include many other substances in the drink which give it that extra kick. Green tea extract (probably for L-Theanine), Guarana, Ginseng, Vitamin B6 and B12, Taurine. The perfect balance. Often with cheap energy drinks, I can get a rather upset stomach from drinking a few, but not with this (maybe if I drank 4-5 of them in a day...). I buy it again and again. I don't have a single flaw in this drink. Taste is entirely personal, if you like "sweet" drinks, you won't have an issue with Rockstar's blueberry cans.

I had been drinking Monster energy drinks previous to this, but the price was becoming ridiculously high and unaffordable, I saw this and decided on buying it just because it is cheaper, so I took a chance although I have never really heard of rockstar brand drink. The first mouthful tasted like a bubble gum which I had as a child, this wasn't a bad taste, although it did linger a little afterwards. I must say apart from the taste, this isn't that bad. After finishing the can I got a big caffeine hit, and this was too me much quicker than that which was provided by Monster drinks. On my second can, I still couldn't get used to the taste, but it wasn't the flavour that drew me to this, only the boost I was going to receive. The taste in my mouth is like I have just finished drinking loads of saccharine, Don't let this stop you from making a purchase if you are looking for a huge boost for the day. If the price remains the same I will purchase this again, after I have finished the 3 cases I have just bought.

i love this energy drink most of all after my previous favourite Red Devil was discontinued years ago. very flavourful, goes well with alcohol, incredible taste and solid energy boost.

I've always loved this flavor and often I get a strong craving for it and I'm always satisfied. Though it's only enjoyable ice cold!

I can't say if it boosts my energy or if the caffeine kick is huge on this drink. I can say it divides opinion - I know one person who truly hates the drink, arguing it leaves a horrible aftertaste and others who think it's the best tasting Rockstar they've ever had. I think it's a really nice, unusual flavoured drink. It's not like any of the Monster drinks and certainly unlike other Rockstar drinks (although the Rockstar Recovery is my favourite still). It's not overly carbonated and has a strong Blueberry flavour, certainly not one you'd gulp down in 5 seconds, but slowly consumed over 30 minutes or so. I would recommend it personally, but be aware, it's clearly not for everyone!

I work nights so rely on energy drinks usually but I found these worked a little to well in the way that I struggled to sleep the days in between shifts. Flavour is nice enough but I don't think I'd buy them again just because I found them to effective. It's not often I can leave a good review and say I wouldn't buy again.

RSP for this in shops is £1 a can. This used to be £8-£9 for a pack of 12 for obvious savings. Now their charging £17+ for 12, so it's now more expensive than just buying 12 from a corner shop. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying them. As for the product itself, I mean it's great, worse than its old version but still my 2nd favorite, right after traditional Red Bull. Zero reason to buy it marked up though, it's not -that- great.
