Can be mounted outside?

Offically no. However, if you have a hanging eaves then you could put it outside. I have 3 outside, and they have been in all sorts of weather conditions from around -7 to +15 degrees, also wind and rain, snow and ice, and it still works great. What about privacy , my current y-cam cameras stop recording when i am in the house is this camera the same or is it recording any movement even own

Yes it will record you but either turn it off with the app or like mine now in a smart plug voice controlled through Amazon Echo. Great to turn on as you leave and off when you arrive. Or at set times etc

The Yi Official Store should really employ someone who knows English. It is USB (5v) powered by the mains adaptor and USB lead (supplied). You cannot charge it! There is a big difference between charge and powered!

What is the recommended sd for the camera

Hi ,Please note the required specs of MicroSD card to utilize is FAT32, Class 10 with a memory capacity between 8gb and 32gb (64gb or any SD card bigger than that are not recommended due to possible unknown error during camera use)
