Q: I'm a size uk 8-10, I'm a woman. What size will this hoodie fit me in?

Not sure I can be of much help. The hoodie I bought for my son was large, as although really slim, he is just over 6ft 2ins. I have a medium in a different brand, which for me at size 16 is a little snug. I'm afraid I haven't seen size 10 for about 50 years!

Q: Are the arms very long on the large size hoodie?

Depends what you class as very long. They were adequate for my son, who's 6ft 2ins (sorry, I don't do cms). He's away at uni, so I can't measure them.
