Is the production of this protein raw from beginning to end? incl. the drying? raw = no meaningful heat denaturation of nutrients/proteins.

Whole grain brown rice is enzymatically broken down (non -GM enzymes) to separate the protein fractions from the other components of the rice. This occurs in liquid state, so then the solids are separated and dried to form the final protein powder. Brown rice syrup is created as a by-product of this process.

Does this product contain soya or any trace of soya?

Hi, No it does not however you will see mentioned in the packaging that it is manufactured in a factory that produces other products some of which are soya products. Hence there's always a chance of soya traces...

Is this a kind of gritty protein powder?

It depends what you will use to mix it up with. I have found that coconut milk works well and removes any grittiness from it. If you use regular milk and depending how much protein you will mix, it can become gritty. Hope this helps.
