This was a no-brainer choice as we know people with this carafe and basically just ordered the same thing.Pro's: Fits neatly in fridge door; looks good; love the fill-through-the-lid function; family are drinking more plain chilled water so healthy.Con's: The tapering shape and condensation always makes me nervous it is going to slide through my hands; it's heavy when full, 1.5 litres = 1.5kg plus the weight of the carafe; Also, nobody else bothers to refill it up with fresh water except me, so I've gained a chore.

Glassy bottle. Elegant. A bit large to me but still can store in the fridge. I think I should have bought the 1L. But this 1.5L is still fine with me.

It is always on my kitchen counter so that all family members remember to drink water regularly.It's elegant, doesn't use much space on the counter, easy to add water (I don't even have to open the lid to do it). I really love it. I've had 1,5 litre one for 2 years, now I've bought a 1 litre one (after I broke the 1st one), both are convenient and practical. Definitely recommend!The only thing that can be improved in my opinion is that they could sell the glass part separately as well, so that in case you break it you don't have to buy the whole new one including the metal lid, instead you could just buy the glass jar and use the previous lid. Maybe they do sell it separately, but I couldn't find it.

Good product overall, but expect to buy another (or not) within a year. The rubber seal perishes over time, leaving the water full of unsavoury rubber particles! Amazon don’t sell spares for this product (or most of the other carafes that have a rubber/silicon seal, so I’m out.

The only criticism us that the Bottle was rather heavy therefore difficult to hold, easy to pour lid my other bottle which was a menu bottle always over spilled when pouring.Looks great on the table. I would recommend this item

I'm not entirely satisfied with this purchase. The bottom of the bottle is convex, which makes it unstable.

Quite heavy when filled to the top, needing both hands. Lid isn't leak proof and drips whilst pouring into a glass. As this is made out of glass its heavy so alot heavier when filled up. Water isn't sealed and has a spout out of the top
