Yes, we recommend using 100g-500g of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37'C, relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes :)

Is Espsom salts useful for low Magnesium levels in the body or is Magnesium chloride more suitable?

They are both good but I think I prefer magnisium chloride flakes to help with low levels and sore muscles my mum also uses them after playing sport to help aching muscles and speed muscle recovery. Magnisium chloride flakes I find help to get more of the impurities out of my skin too hope this helps. X X

Good for an achy soak!

Initially, I bought this to help our beloved goldfish which has swim bladder issues. Unfortunately it didn't work for him.I then decided to use them in a bath after a long hike - they worked nicely and quite quickly my aches were gone.I didn't notice a difference in my skin and didn't notice a particular fragrance.I probably wouldn't buy them again as I'm not a fan of soaking around!

Helps my son sleep and easy on his sensitive skin

I’ve started using this Epsom salt in my son’s evening bath.just one spoon in warm water. and it really helps him relax and fall asleep more easily. It’s become a calming part of our bedtime routine.He has eczema and sensitive skin, so I’m always cautious with bath products. I’m not sure if the salt itself dries the skin, but to be safe, I always apply a thick cream or moisturizer right after his bath.
