Colourbrain Card Game – Award-Winning Simple Family Colour Quiz Game for Kids & Adults

This game has been great that we purchased for our son, easy to understand, it says 12+ but our 10 year old enjoys it so good family fun. It was great value for money too as there was a discount on it. Would definitely recommend!

Colourbrain is a brilliant family board game and perfect for Christmas or any family get-together. The rules are simple, so everyone can join in quickly, but it’s still really fun and engaging. It gets everyone thinking, laughing and debating answers, which makes it great for mixed ages. We’ve played it multiple times and it never gets boring. A fantastic game that brings the whole family together — highly recommended.

Delivery on the prime for starters was fantastic. I purchased for my brother in law as a present for his birthday and would highly recommend the game and it's suitable for all ages my mates colour blind but it don't matter as its a match the colours to what you think and if you are slightly unsure they do have written the colour on them. It's a simple concept which works well in a small or large group and have had much fun and laughs so far. The game description doesn't really do it justice as when buying the game I was a bit unsure on what u had to do basically, you each have a set of coloured cards all the same colours and you show up 1 or however many cards are a relevant colour to answer that question. If everyone gets OT right no points are won, and for every player which gets it wrong the players get a point. For example four players answer two get it right two get it wrong the two which get it right get two points each. You also have a special card each which can only be used once in the game and if your are not currently in the lead. This card has a number on it which suggests for that one question how many cards you can restrict the player from using on that one question and the end of the question they get them back. I hope this is helped and I don't normally have the effort to write a review but on this occasion I felt it was worth it.

Great fun but I quickly realised that although I am usually good at most games, for some reason I’m absolutely useless at this! For example I’ve watched the olympics since I was a kid and couldn’t get the five ring colours right. But it means that somebody else gets to win a game for a change so everyone’s happy! You’ll probably have to scan and print out your own score cards if you play a lot as there’s not many provided.

Bought this as children different ages (14-18). Had great fun and easy to understand. Highly recommend this game

Easy to learn, fun to play!

Bought last Christmas as we were getting a bit tired of all the usual board games and have no regrets. My parents are both in their 70's and they loved playing this game, it created lots of laughter and ensured regardless of the huge age gap between grandparents and grand children, everyone was interacting with each other (we played in teams). Questions are suitable for all ages, some are harder than others but that is why it is a great idea to split your teams up by age i.e. don't have all the young ones together.

Actually really love this game. We were looking for something that the whole family could join in from our 8 year old to our 15 year old to both parents. This was it. Sure there were a few questions the little ones had to guess but because the whole game is essentially multiple choice, that was super easy and no bother. You can play teams or individually depending on how many there are of you. There are 6 of us so 3 teams worked brilliantly. But can also play with two of you just as easily. One of the best things? Each game over in approximately 20 minutes so it doesn’t drag on either and the little ones stayed with it, no boredom ... and we didn’t mind playing it.
