If I went to my local dessert restaurant and was served this (I got cookies and cream, mixed 2 scoops with skimmed milk + Ice) I would be perfectly happy. This shake seriously tastes good. Sometimes I work out just so I can have one of these after! I consume after my workout, and as mentioned, I add 2 scoops. 3 might be a little excessive for my needs, as I just want to build lean muscle without packing on too much size (it's around 500 calories with 3 scoops with 50+g of Protein). It didn't give me explosive diarrhea, gut rot or an anal prolapse, as some reviews might have you believe. No problems reported for me. In terms of results; I've definitely noticed an increase in size and muscle tone. My t-shirts are becoming tighter on the arms and chest, which i guess is good, but also not good, because I'm not into skin tight clothing so I need to buy a new wardrobe. Great product, a reasonable price, and always quick delivery by Amazon.

The worst tasting and lowest quality ingredients list I’ve ever encountered, stomach aches and just can feel the “poisoned” feeling of ingesting low quality additives. AVOID

This is my first try with USN and I'm not disappointed. I did bought 4kg of Cookies & Cream flavour and been using for some time and I can see results in gainnig weight. Definitely it is effective in building your muscles. I do mixed 3 scoops with 400ml water. Anyway I will put this in simple way: Consistency and texture is nice and smooth and mix well in my blender. It is not thick to much. Smell, definitely does smell like a cookie! Taste well I had to get use to it. Normaly I do buy everything in chocolate flavour as it is safe option, so for me cookie & cream was trying something different than usual. As pictures of packaging were a bit confusing for me I just want to say yes you do get a big box, but inside are 3 bags of powder. And yes they do weight 4kg all together and even a bit more as mine were 80g more.

If you're like me and are not used to sweet stuff, this is not for you. It's very sweet! I will suck it up but I'll try a different one next time.
