difficult to rate since tingling on the face doesn't lead to any visible changes directly afterwards. I suppose tingling means that it's doing its job? Certainly isn't causing chemical burns on my face but it smells ABSOLUTELY INSUFFERABLY! No pain no gain I suppose.
