Oceans Alive Raw Marine Phytoplankton by Activation Products 30 ml

Amazing little product. Bought as a trial after reading some interesting literature about the proposed benefits in relation to candida sufferers. I started on 5 drops a day and within 24 hours felt significant improvement in my mental well being, with more clarity and a feeling of being able to cope with the demands of life. After a week on 5 drops it was clear the effects were not just coincidence I felt I had much more energy and even though I was still tired I have the endurance to carry on. I gradually raised the amount by 1 extra drop a week and by the end of the second week was noticing my arthritis in my toe joint was about 50% less painful. I am now in my third week and the arthritis is practically pain free, and I am walking without a limp, first time in over a year! I was so psyched about this little product within two days of starting it I convinced my husband to try it, as he was feeling really poorly with a virus. To our surprise his results were even quicker than mine and he felt completely recovered within 10 hours. He is now a convert and takes it daily too. Disadvantages are the taste, which is definitely acquired! But I knock it back quickly without smelling it first thing and consider it a small price to pay for the benefits. It smells like walk along the sea shore at low tide! I have also found the bottle does not go as far as I had expected. One bottle has lasted 200 drops, which at 15 drops a a day is quite expensive. I have found a whole pipette is just 7 drops at a push. I am still increasing my dose and monitoring the results. So far I'm very pleased. Out of all the supplements I take this one has delivered the most marked and noticeable results.

I was asked by Amazon to review this product so I'm doing so, though it's a bit early to do it since I've only been using it for a month or less. I chose to use this product for purposes of cleansing out my system, since I have several (many) auto-immune ailments that I want to get rid of. I was introduced to the product by David Wolfe in his book about superfoods. I began by taking a single drop at a time, since I'm very sensitive and have learnt from experience to be cautious when taking new products. I experienced slight nausea from the start, but this was quickly relieved by a ginger supplement. Also, the pain and discomfort I experience in specific parts of the body worsened. It was positive to have these symptoms, since they were a sign that cleansing was occurring. I even got slight toothache in all my teeth, even phantom pains in teeth I no longer have! I've worked up to taking 14 drops a day, 15 drops being the prescribed number. I will soon have to order more. I add the drops to a little sauerkraut juice which I take to stimulate my stomach acid (it works) and thus avoid the reputedly unpleasant taste. I began by taking Klamath blue green algae and when they were finished went on to this Ocean's alive product. I will then continue with the Klamath product, and shift between the two. I have Transit Pluto on my ascendant in square to Uranus (this square is of course affecting the whole of humanity, helping us with our development at this time), which aspect is immensely suitable for cleansing the body. I will/may add a few comments to this review when I have been taking the product for a few months longer and hopefully have got my body cleansed much more.

Very interesting product. I'd previously tried the original version and didn't experience much at all. I didn't try it for 3 months as recommended but you should be feeling something in the first few months so I decided to stop taking it. I probably wasn't taking it every day in fairness though. Anyway; I received an email recently from a guy who gives advice on how to optimise brain function and his No 1 supplement recommendation is Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton. That surprised me but I thought I'd look into the product again. Turned out that there's a 2.0 version out so I thought it was worth giving it another shot. In the days prior to delivery of the 2.0 version I used up the rest of the original version I had. Nothing much to shout about but maybe a bit more mental energy. Still underwhelming. For the past 3 days I've been taking the new version and it seems to be a totally different ball game. I've experienced a really obvious increase in mental energy and vitality. I feel more present too. It's too early to come to a definitive conclusion but there seems to be something special about this product. Could it be the illusive magic bullet?! It'll be interesting to see how it progresses. I am taking fulvic acid at the moment which can increase nutrient absorption but nothing else I'm taking is noticeably different in effect so... I'll update this review further down the line if I remember. Good luck.

I was just about to return this as I thought it was not right and then BAM!!. I felt like i had literally been shook awake by some otherwordly life force. I felt awake and alert like i haven't in years, i went to sleep more easily at night. My skin looks years younger and smoother and my hair felt softer. This is quite an unbelieveable product considering the low price. I am bewildered by other reviewers on here claiming to see no results as i feel they are quite profound. The extra energy and mental alertless is like nothing i have ever experienced. It also clears under eye dark circles. Sadly though it only lasts if you continue to take the product and i'm finding the taste/smell so horrific i am skipping days because i can't face taking it. Although i am much happier to take an all natural product rather than something which has some weird additives to make it taste like mint or something. I would suggest this could be beneficial to people who are suffering depression and have tried everything doctors have prescribed to no avail as i do feel an uplift in my mood after taking this. I notice the differenece ten fold more when i stick to my gluten free diet. On the days i am gluten free and cut back on chocolate this with a healthy diet makes me feel like i have been reborn it almost feels scary.

I have been using this product for 6 months, i love the taste, but then i love the taste of dandelion tea and the bitter plants. TCM... Traditional Chineese Medicine says we should get in touch with the 5 flavours....bitter, pungent, sweet, sour and salty. Western people are 'addicts'...to junk foods...'junkies'...addicted to sweet (very acidic and mineral depleating) and are therefore imbalanced and suffer many unnecessary painful dis-eases. So its time to get conscious (new mayan age) and help yourself and others..take responsibility, show wisdom, help to develope a caring, educated culture and please take the burden off the NHS system and doctors who get as little as 3 days nutritional training in 7 yrs You can re-train your taste buds with a little positive thought and disipline. i take a dropperful daily, under my tongue with a teaspoon of coconut oil as recommended by 'the master' David Wolfe. Taking it with coconut oil (organic ) helps to deliver the nutrients into cells...remember cell walls are composed of fats....I take in the morning on an empty stomach and at night on an empty stomach. I have abundant vitality....and keep excellent health...however this is not the only health support I use, as I have abstained from meat, fish for 30 years and all animal products for 18 yrs and I eat a minimum of 50% raw daily...this product is great to stop evening cravings..take about 20 minutes to kick in....D Wolfe recommends that you keep in a fridge once opened, which I do...however when camping I just keep it in a cool place... This product is also recommended by Dr. Gabriel Cousins.....please start reading these 2 masters. Good Luck

I bought this after hearing about its health benefits. I hated the taste and it made me feel sick but I persevered. I can't say that I've noticed any benefits at all but maybe there were some hidden ones.

I work offshore for decades and the food offshore because of obviously reasons most of the time is processed and full of preservatives and probably full of msg because I always seem to be hungry but since I started to bring this product offshore I noticed that I wasn't starving before my meals which stop me making bad choices or doubling up on servings. The longer I took it. The less cravings I had and felt better in the gym and slept better offshore. I took it for around 9 months and was starting to take it for granted that it was just me adopting a healthier lifestyle but when I got it knocked back at customs because of an incompetent bag searcher I noticed within a few days I was becoming v v Hungry again before meals which made me make bad choice and eat more, Ive always had strong will power but after a week or so I gradually gave in because I was loosing strength in the gym and was getting tired all the time offshore and I needed food that was nutrient dense instead of the bad quality of food offshore. I quickly understood that my cravings where there because I wasn't getting the nutrients I needed. I eat paleo most of the time at home and rarely get craving that bad but I know it's because of the quality of the food. In my situation offshore I can't carry all my own food for several weeks so this product is an absolutely life saver for me. I used to put of several Ibs every 2 weeks but when I got back home I lost a few so I had this constant yo yo affect but now I stay fit and lean, with better sleep and all in all seem less stressed because I'm not thinking of food all the time.

I heard about this on you tube and thought I’d give it a try as I trust Dr John Bergmans point of view, I don’t know if it was this brand he talks of but this is the first one I found...have to say so far I’m very impressed my skin has definitely seen a huge change for taking it and so have my under active thyroid symptoms. Many folk in the reviews I read were not fans of the taste, which made me a little apprehensive and it is a disgusting colour but that said I’ve been putting it in orange juice and I can honestly say that although it turns the juice an odd colour I personally can’t taste anything.
