For several months I have been taking curcumin capsules - one a day - for back relief, on the advice of my osteopath. I can honestly say that they seemed to make a big difference to my general well-being. On my last visit, he suggested that just taking curcumin was "missing a trick", since the whole of turmeric has such amazing properties. So, I finished off the curcumin and started the turmeric at the beginning of this week. I have to report that, although it's early-doors yet, I think I'm going to benefit quite a lot from the turmeric. We already eat a fair amount of it in our meals, but having the convenience of a small capsule to swallow just once a day will be so liberating. So far, my back has been behaving itself - presumably thanks to the turmeric, but I'll have to see how it performs over time.The company, Nu U Nutrition, delivered the product before I even had time to blink, and it's good to know also that "a portion of every purchase is donated to Martin’s House, Children's Hospice". Not only an efficient company, but an ethical one also. I shall buy from them again.

So basically I was suffering from constant flares and I could not work, had to take steroids and anesthesias to deal with it. Changed my diet for an anti-inflammatory diet and I took probiotics, vitamin D and this product alongside, all natural. I did not have a flare since I have started this (almost 3 months now) and I work as a cleaner and I have been able to handle the job ok, I am stronger I can open doors now and grab pans, have more energy and feel happier, etc...I know this product has been helping with my arthritis however after 3 months of taking it I had 3 stomach crisis in a space of a week, and I did not think that was this first so I took other stuff from what I was eating to find out what it was, I have taken the eggs, salmon and crisis came back so I decided not to take this product and I ended up being fine so please be aware that despite the fact that is 5mg of black pepper, long term can be bad for your stomach , I am a bit intolerant to species true, but I still can eat them once in a while if your case is the same please do not take this as you will have problems after some time . If not, it works wonders for rheumatoid arthritis

Have been using this brand for a number of years and never had any issues with this product. The tablet size ( capsules) are large but doesn't effect swallowing. Don't seem to have any major effects on joints etc so they must be working, and health benefits are a plus. So easy to use and great value for the money

They have not mentioned the amount of curcumin in one tablet. In fact, turmeric powder only contains about 3.14% curcumin, which is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. When you’re buying a supplement, it should contain at least 150-250 mg of curcumin per serving to have any real positive effect. This brand has very conveniently mentioned 600mg of Organic Turmeric per tablet. So you can imagine how much curcumin is in per tablet, 3.14% of 600mg in each tablet which is hardly 19mg. Please don't fall into this trap. Ridiculously they have termed these as vegan capsules as if there are some non-vegan sources for turmeric extraction. Hello Nu U Nutrition? Can you justify your claims and prove that you guys are not cheating people?

Es fantastico, tenia variosDolores en los codos, caderas, y espalda, musculares, a 2 semanas de tomar estas pastillas no tengo casi ninguna molestia, tomo solo 1 pastilla en el desayuno, mas que suficiente para mi, un acierto de compra. No tienen mal sabor, son pastillas grandes pero no cuestaTomarlas. Excelentes. 👍🏻

La cúrcuma es una especia de la india, muy utilizada por la ayurveda ( es decir la medicina tradicional de la india), estas capsulas son muy recomendables, pues es anti inflamatorio, cicatrizante, permite un mejor expulsión de la bilis en el hígado, antioxidante, etc.Pero no es recomendable para aquellas personas que tienen cólicos biliares, ya que les causa nauseas y vómitos, y si por alguna razón causa efectos secundarios, es mejor dejar su consumo, ya que puede ser perjudicial. De todas formas, antes de tomar cualquier suplemento alimenticio, es importante consultarlo con vuestro medico, y seguir la instrucciones de uso del fabricante.

Me parece que vienen muchas dosis para el precio que tiene pero le quito una estrella ya que huele extremadamente fuerte. Por lo demás esta bien
