After nearly a decade thinking I was intolerant to gluten. An intolerance test showed it was in fact yeast that was the issue. I decided to try these to reduce the symptoms whilst cutting out all sugar and adjusting my diet as I suspect I have an overgrowth of candida. I noticed a difference after the first tablet and will finish the bottle. This has definitely helped alongside my daily probiotic.

I bought these to tackle candida. I had already cut sugar (in all it’s forms except fruit) out of my diet but the cravings were still there after a month of eating like this. I decided to buy the capsules to see what difference they made and thankfully they helped a lot! By the second day I started to notice I wasn’t so hungry. I have had some symptoms of die off but nothing too bad, just a bit flulike! I take this as extra assurance that they work.

Good product I have used before. The Amazon box had been opened and resealed but no reason why assume it was to check they were only supplement and not something else??

Taken these for 3 weeks now and it has definitely helped to manage symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis. I'm really happy, as its taken years to find an effective product.

Bought and used alongside Acidophilus probiotic to help with candida overgrowth. Did not help in anyway, no use at all, no effect, didn't feel better, just another waste of money. Would not recommend.
