Post shoulder surgery remedy...
Very good weight... I've had shoulder surgery and need something like this to help rotate my shoulders... It reminds of high school baseball waiting in the on deck circle warming up with bat with a weighted donut on it... Excellent quality... Mine came very smooth and no rough cuts on it... I highly recommend putting batting tape on them... Game changer...

Weight club worth the price!
Well made cool weight club. Its a little too short for what I need, but its actually very well made and worth the price. I wish it was about 6 inches longer so I could get my hands wider and the balance was right to llfeel similar to a 2 handed longsword. This would allow me to practice sword drills with needing the space to swing a sword. But It was not designed for that, so that is no fault to the maker. These are great weights for grip strength and such.

Solid club.
Was concerned if 5 lbs was too much. Great for working grip strength and shoulder mobility. All metal and solid!

Exercise club.
I bought it used in good condition and it appears as if brand new. No blemishes of any kind. Great for my intended exercises. Only gripe is that the handle is rather thin, so I put on a rubber grip covering and it works great.

Best deal I could find by several dollars
This was the best deal I could find on a 15-pound club. I am working my way back from an injury and using the club for physical therapy. I already have the 10-pound version and have now worked my way up to the 15. It is perfectly designed and balanced for assisted movements. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Age 65 and I didn't know what I was missing
I'm 65 and have spent the last 9 months getting back in shape. 5 am and well before sunrise, you can find me out on my back porch getting my heart rate up, stretching muscles and ligaments, and blood flowing using this system. I got the 15# club to go with my two 10# Logest Macebells. This gives me a wider combination of things I can do, plus the ability to work with different lengths and weights on each arm. It's a bigger challenge than I had anticipated. Everyone thinks this is all about wrists, arms, and shoulders, and that's the most obvious of course. What I never realized is how much this works your core, glutes, and all the way down to your pinky-toes. The movement of weights in a functional manner is essential to not only building muscle but keeping them tied together in a way that benefits daily life, not just pumping iron at the gym. I like the club but it was a little different than I expected. It's shorter than I thought, which is actually a good thing for me working on varying stability exercises. It came double-boxed and padded with bubble wrap, so if you've ever had exercise equipment come through the box, this is a good thing. The finish is a matte coating with some friction to it, maybe on the order of 400-grit sandpaper. It's adequate and I haven't had a problem. However, there is no knurling on the handle if you are used to their longer macebell. For me, it's not a deal-breaker by any means, and if you have a weak grip, you probably shouldn't handle this weight for a while. That said, I'd love to see a version that did have knurling on the handle for just a little added security. It would also allow for consistency with their other products.

May be too heavy!
These are much more difficult to use correctly than a person would think. I had a 10 pound club. Too heavy. Bought these and not sure if they will be light enough as a beginner. All the tutorials recommend starting with a 2 or 3 pound club. Handles are too narrow for these old hands, but tennis grip enhancers may fix that.
