Are these made in China ?

Thank you for your question. Superfood Spirulina is third party tested and packaged in the UK. The country of origin of the Spirulina powder is China as per stated on the label. All products are traceable to origin and tested for purity and potency including heavy metal testing and microbial testing. Our premium Spirulina is grown in natural rural areas away from urbanized area under optimum conditions. Superfood Wolrd premium Organic Spirulina is Certified Organic by Organic Farmers & Growers in the UK. Many thanks, Superfood World :)

Do you lose weight from them ?

Not that I am aware of. They are NOT a weight control tablet, just a food supplement in the way that they provide additional iron and minerals for health. They are also reputed to help clear residual chemicals from the liver and kidneys, the sort of chemicals that can build up when taking regular medication. Hope this helps.

How do you take these I.e dosage?

General recommendation is between 4-10 pills a day. You can start with around 4 pills a day and than increase the dosage to around 8-10 pills a day on how you feel.
