Helps get me to sleep and the spray works better for me than the drops

I find it really helpful. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes find it difficult to go to sleep. This really helps, it doesn't make everything better but its helpful to get to sleep

Quick delivery I brought this for my students for driving test nerves , the rescue remedy is effective but does take a few days to take any effect , does calm nerves slightly helps to relax ,

I love Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy! It truly helps! I have used it for years. I purchased some for my sister that was going through a lot of stress to the loss of one of our siblings. Its a great product! Good price, packaged well and came quickly to the rescue. The spay is nice to have especially for a quick way to it into your system.
