Bought this to replace the original tank after the first one developed a crack. It's a like for like replacement and does a great job. Fits without issue and no more leaking water. Great quality and value for money.

I originally bought this back in March and had to replace again in September. It is decent, doesn't leak and didn't damage in any way with the heat of my tumble dryer, however, it doesn't seat as well as my original water container, it takes a bit of a wiggle to get it in place correctly. I used to be able to drop the original into the bottom slot, hook the top one over and it was done. This one I keep having to adjust to make sure is fully hooked into the top slot so can require patience until you have the knack. In September my patience failed and I obviously didn't do it correctly when I set the tumble dryer running. It still worked and didn't leak but when I opened the door the container half full of water tipped forward and put strain on the plastic at the bottom which promptly snapped and the container hit the floor. I've provided pictures of both and the correct and incorrect seating. The correct seating is further down into the slot and is firmly immovable. At 30 quid it is still cheaper than a new tumble dryer so I'm not grumbling at my own mistake. Just be aware to save yourself a repeat purchase. If i can keep this one longer I'll report back on long term durability.

Excellent replacement for the drum that cracked and split due to use. There does seem to be a design fault in this drum but as its positioned on the door and clarity is required then polycarbonate would be the best choice, however its unable to cope with constant heating and cooling without comprimising the strength of the plastic. Making it brittle. However fits well, doesn't leak so I'm happy, and more importantly my wife is happy!

Fits well. However, ordered on 11/2/24 and already cracked. Re-ordered 30/1/25. Didn’t last a year.
