Refreshing zingy and soft - but bad packaging!
Product is awesome, has a lovely fresh taste and the juniper gives a little zingy kick. It's not crunchy not hard to chew as its got a more stewed kind of texture and is finely grated. Has been easy on my digestion and helped my IBS, despite not having the raw cultures or probiotics of other brands. I could never tolerate normal cabbage, ever. Problem comes from the poor packaging as others have said - its was sent in 3 layers of bubble wrap and an outer plastic bad. Glass jars! 3 of the 6 came broken, smashed into pieces, so all the wet juice was all over the parcel and my carpet. Amazon refunded instantly and have agreed to forward my concerns to the manufacturer for products to come boxed. You're protected by Amazon customer service (which is great!) but if you need this for an event or certain day, be careful.

Great taste and texture. An excellent product to help support one’s microbione.

Pleasant and reasonably sure company does give confidence of purity
We can never ensure the purity ot these products but this company appears to do well in attempting to provide a good product.

The future for digestive good health
This is live bio Sauerkaut (good bio within mature pickled cabbage) not to be confused with dead pasturised versions at Supermarkets etc. Eat within 4 days of first opening. Have found, as have many others, vastly improved digestion & general health when eaten to accompany other foods / meals. The taste is not great on it's own but the results certainly are ! Highly recommended to try for a few weeks though and see the results. Biona is one the brands. We have also enjoyed the spicy Kimchi & other flavours & styles.

No Live Cultures
This stuff is pasteurised so it doesn’t have live cultures. I don’t see the point in eating sauerkraut if it doesn’t give you this benefit. I’m really disappointed that the blurb doesn’t make this clear. For me it’s a waste of money

Good Taste, Price and is Organic!
Good price considering you get 6 jars and the ingredients are organic. I keep the jar to store kefir in so saved me a few quid buying new jars. Also this is the 2nd time buying this is did want to try the kimchi biona has but was not available so will keep a look out for that next time.
