Loved this product. It actually works. The amount if sweat it creates from just one work out is crazzyyyyyy. I wewe it over my gym clothes as I've got sensitive skin. It's really flexible aswel so one size will fit all. Ifs comfortable and soft. I put mine in the washing machine on a handwash setting and it has not affected it at all. Will recommend this if you are serious about trimming down your waist. You have to wear it while working out or else it dont work.

Hi, received my item a couple days ago. Must say it was packaged well and delivered on time. I have only used it for a few days so can't talk about the results (however I will endeavour to post back in a few weeks with results and a more informed review) What I can say is OMG does it make you sweat! It is not noticeable under your top, it would be much better if it could be a little thicker/wider - to cover the entire abdomen. But I'm happy with it so far I purchased this to help with the tummy fat. I've used it once with the sweet sweat cream and if I'm honest didn't see much of a difference. But for now it does all it says on the box. Hope to see quick results soon. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Really good support for the waist while exercising. Easy to use and it can be washed as well.

Going to award 5 star. I got this for my wife and she loves its and since she has been using it I have noticed she does sweat more on our work out sessions. The belt is always loaded with sweat so I have nothing bad to say. Still keeping an eye on this product to see overall results, but if we are talking about making you sweat, I have seen a lot of sweat generated. However, I do believe differing results may be due to levels of intensity of workout session. My used this thing during a session of Insanity and the sweat level substantially increased and the same during our gym workout sessions (she rarely sweats during Gym sessions). I'd recommend it seeing is believing. No negative skin reactions but again I am watching the product.

This is by far the best of its kind that I’ve used. Once it’s on it feels very secure with the double Velcro and it feels very flush with your body without feeling tight around you which is what I’ve found with other options that you always have to crank down on to keep them on.

Belt is good quality and works well but I never got a sample of this gell like it says in description so Im not happy.

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt... Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen - riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt - und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter - aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

I tried two waist trainers before this one and one always rolled up on the top and bottom and the other one was made for folks with a very long torso. This one is the 3rd I’ve tried and the absolute best by far. The material is solid and feels high quality, you can adjust the tightness and it’s the perfect length for a smaller torso. There’s no rolling during workouts. It’s not low profile in that it seems to add bulk vs having a slimming effect while it’s on but it is what it is because I’m drenched with sweat when I’m done working out and it helps with form by providing low back support and alignment. It’s a really nice looking and high quality product. If you’re looking for a waist trainer this is a sure thing! I’m 5’2, 185 and ordered the M-L which has a firm fit and lots of room to tighten as I lose weight.

It’s like you are in an actual sauna! Like you all I’m almost always disappointed in what a product actually does as opposed to what it says it does. Even w/o the sweet sweat my abdomen is sweating like crazy! This sauna belt actually fits a women's curves!!! And fists the whole tummy, not just the top like most belts! And the extra straps snatch that waist!!!! Ladies if your trying to get fit like I am this is what you need to shed the excess water weight we all hold.

J'ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C'est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j'ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d'une semaine en plus d'une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
