Wahl Groomsman Cordless Beard Trimmer for Men, Battery Powered

I have had one of these for 8 years of continual use. Great value. Does the job reliably with a range of useful attachments. Light weight but not flimsy. As good for shaping as for trimming or thinning. A set of batteries lasts ages. No need to spend more on the latest flashy kit. Just off to buy another. Recommended.

For the price you can't really go wrong. It does the job very adequately. It has a good range of clipper guides, a brush, stand oil and a guard. The battery usage isn't too bad. I've owned mine for several months and it's the only thing I use to shave. It hasn't ran out of battery yet and still does the job perfectly well. It isn't a top end trimmer but for the price it was never going to be. It takes a little bit longer than I would like and occasionally pulls but it certainly does what it is supposed to and cuts hair to a specified length. Value for money.

Replacement for my old trusty Babyliss, love the convenience of AA batteries and does a great job of beard trimming.

First of all due to its pricing I didn't expect it to have a great rating already. Anyway it seems to work well for me as a beginner to trimming. I am more of a shave every few days kinda guy and like the rugged look. Anyway I purchased this item because it looked convinient and after having a feel of it, it feels durable and lasting. However there is a few problems I'd like to address through. First of all the different attachments are irritating to change as they are fiddly and it is hard to either put them on or take them off. Next the stand feels like it is made out of some pretty cheap plastic therefore rather easy to break if I accidentally drop it. But I find this product to be good for the price I purchased it for.

This product does the job perfectly, and probably better than a lot of products at a higher price. It takes AA batteries so any good battery brand will last more than long enough. It is very stylish and compact, making it easy to use and manoeuvre. I have to praise Wahl for the stand which fits all the add-ons in to one small area, which is perfect for someone like me who always loses these small pieces. The only tiny complaint I can think of is that it is quite loud; but that is about it. This is a great product and I would still buy it even if the price was double. Highly recommended.

I bought this trimmer to use on holidays and weekends away. For the price I cannot fault it. As previously stated on other reviews it is a little noisy compared to my Wahl Hair Trimmer...But they are electric and cost £100 so the build quality is far superior. For what this product is, it does exactly what I want of it. My friend is a professional hairdresser and after seeing me use them, she asked if she could borrow them for a couple of weeks to trim 'old ladies' necks whilst working in the care homes. She was so impressed that she has taken them off of me and uses them every day. I had to buy a second set for my use. Battery life is good and I would recommend using alkaline batteries and not rechargeable as they die too quickly when running low. Also it will take a few uses to learn the 'lie' of the beard hairs as they tend to grow in different directions. But I have now worked which angle to hold the trimmer for different areas of my face and it only takes a few minutes to get that rugged film star look!!!

this is good, i used this to sort out my beard after i began looking like a homeless man. The clippers are perfect size for facial hair, but anything else its going to be slightly too small. It's battery powered(batteries included) and comes with a handle base to store it in. it comes with several different guides for lengths, one adjustable one that won't allow you to put too much pressure on it without it slipping down to a shorter level. need to keep an eye on that, as it ruined my beard for a week. it could have been better with rechargeable batteries and an Ac input to charge, but it's cheap enough for that not to matter too much.

The size is perfect, coming with everything you need while trimming.

Excellent produit, livraison rapide. La tondeuse fonctionne aussi bien pour les cheveux que pour la barbe. Bonne facture, les sabots sont très faciles à mettre et à enlever. Le bruit de la tondeuse est supportable. Ai d'autres tondeuses plus chères et moins efficaces. Je recommande ce produit.

Habe lange ein Gerät gesucht das mit Batterien läuft und nicht mit einem bescheuerten Akku. Kein Ladegerät mitschleppen und kein Akku der irgendwann den Geist aufgibt und ohne jede Vorwarnung von einer Sekunde zur anderen leer ist. Batterien hingegen gibt's überall, und die halten viele Wochen lang und man merkt früh genug wenn sie leer werden. Das Gerät ist etwas laut aber funktioniert super, für Haareschneiden, Bart, einfach alles. Dazu noch sehr preiswert.
