No, it doesn't. But it's very easy to apply, as it spreads round the affected area really well, though you do have to use your finger. A medical glove might be a good idea if you don't fancy using your bare finger, and would be better if you have long fingernails

does this shrink permenently get rid of external piles?

It helps with pain and it does shrink back a bit but I have one and it big so it doesn't go back completely and I'm bedridden at this time but it does relieve pain and I keep buying it. If you have district nurses they won't put it on because it hasn't been prescribed by doctor and it's herba!. My option is stupid people.. S. Grant
