A must have for potting flowers/plants. I never realized how I saved myself time & energy in cleaning up after I potted my flowers / plants till I used this! This plant mat. I bought the large and medium size mats. The colorful flower'ish backing is a nice extra. Snap, dirt trapping inner material and outside patterned material seem very nice for the price point. So Glad I bought this versus just the plain ole green or black ones. THe mats in general are fantastic for keeping all the potted extra dirt in the playpen for very easy clean up and being tidy, especially for those of us in apartments on balconies.

This mat is great! I mostly use it in my lanai when transplanting/repotting plants. It's a nice big size when open, snaps together easily, material is thick, wipes clean/makes clean-up a breeze, and folds to a compact size for storage.

This is the third repotting mat I have purchased. Two were for gifts after I was delighted using mine. The waterproof lining keeps my countertop clean and the sides keep me from pushing soil onto the countertop. I would have given it five stars, but the sides do not stay rigid as shown in the photo. It would be nice to have some kind of slot where you could insert a rigid side support, but. it is not a deal breaker. The snaps keep the corners tight and hold up the sides while you work, but when unsnapped they allow you to roll it up for storage. I love it and use it often.

Pros/Cons: I ordered the largest one they had because I intend to use this on all my outside plants whenever I need to add fresh soil to the plants to keep the bags of soil from being wasted on the ground. With this tarp it is easy enough to recapture spilled potting soil and my patio/sidewalk cleaner. I use a chair to sit down on while I maintain my garden pots. I love the color palette of the tropical one and it's a good thickness and waterproof! It's as described, the corner snaps are sturdy enough to move it around and has a convenient Velcro strap to secure it. Good value and it's a keeper. I think it would be easier to handle in the smaller sizes, but this one will help a lot to save cleanup time.

We use this for many things. Baking with the toddler. Glitter application. Planting and potting plants. Puzzles for messy kids. Very versatile. The buttons work ok. Wish they were metal not plastic. Quality of the material is nice. Rolls up nicely. The Velcro band is one of my least favorite things about this. It’s too small to wrap around and secure my matt. The Matt does preforms wonderfully for all of our tasks. And protects all of our surfaces from getting wet or dirty. The size is great! It’s bigger than I imagined and I’m happy about it. But i think that the size contributes to one of my only complaints. The one I ordered is big and I love it but the sides are kind of floppy. There is little rigidity to it and they flop about and need constant fixing. But that doesn’t keep me from using it because we love it and even tho its floppy at times I am order a ton more. These make a great gift for anyone who crafts, gardens, bakes with littles… you name it.

Great idea and clean up is perfect. Moved to a high rise, no patio. How/ where would I replant my indoor plants and herb garden. This is perfect, no potting soil mess. Just brush dirt from the repot into garbage, fold up and it takes no space. Genius!

The video shows just how easy and simple this repotting mat is. Instead of going downstairs to the garage, we now keep all of potting and indoor plant materials in a container in our upstairs condo. Repotting happens on the kitchen counter and clean up is quick and easy in one spot.

Love it as I don't have a total mess everywhere when dealing with my plants. Just dump leftover dirt, etc. outside on the garden bed, or in the garbage. Easy to wipe clean and dry off and then it folds nicely to put away.

I haven't actually used it yet but I am sure it will eliminate the mess I make when doing my plant repotting in my kitchen. Can't wait to use it.
