Very effective, non oily spray that absorbs quickly- really helps you get to sleep! Only downside (as with any topical magnesium) to be aware of is that it is very drying to the skin. Would recommend putting a thick cream over the top once fully soaked in to avoid dry skin

I never usually leave reviews for any purchase but, this spray is so amazing that I felt I had to. It has transformed my sleep, from someone who would wake several times a night, I now mainly sleep through and find it much easier to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night.I have just purchased my second bottle , even though the first one isn’t finished but already but I wanted to be sure that I am never without it. This really has been a life changer for me!

I would have preferred the Oil Spray more than this one. The oil spray by the same brand has a far higher concentration of magnesium. 10 sprays of this sleep version delivers hardly any magnesium compared to the oil version by this brand. Therefore more cost effective and more magnesium .delivered to the skin and bloodstream per spray.

Love the magnesium range for my restless legs. Instant relief. Prefer the cream but that is just personal preference. They both work equally as well as one another

I’ve only been using it for about 10 days, but it does appear to be helping. I get off to sleep easily, but any sleep I get after 2am is a bonus. However I have dosed in and out the last couple of nights. Only time will tell. It does leave a slight residue, not exactly sticky, but if you do massage it into your skin, you may need to wash your hands after. Not an unpleasant smell, and not overly noticeable. Spray works well, and is easy to do just before retiring.

I put this on my back, shoulders and feet before bed and it is lovely. It is calming and I feel the difference in my muscle tensions where I am in less pain from it's continued use
