I bit the bullet and decided to invest in knee straps! When squatting heavy I was looking for support to help with the aches and pains I was finding I was having! I purchased these after looking about and went on functionality and price. These were great, and have worked wonders! Also as a bonus, strapping up is helping with hitting more PB lifts than non strapped. Maybe because I have more confidence in my form and support whilst squatting.

I’m a female weight trainer who suffers with really bad knee problems. These wraps have helped me to continue with squatting, lunges & leg press. I feel safe and comfortable to increase the weights knowing my knees are protected when wearing them. I literally wouldn’t lift without them. Great quality & I love the Velcro on them. Makes it so quick and easy to put on. Highly recommend for those of you who suffer with knee issues or for those who lift heavy, these will also benefit you as they would help prevent knee problems from occurring. Wish I had bought them sooner. Bought them for my husband as well and he loves them too and wouldn’t lift without them.

Love these straps. Work perfectly for heavy lifts. Good value for money all day long. Used them today for squats and managed to lift fairly heavy considering my knees aren't very good from 100kg upwards. Well worth it well done 👏

Game changer when doing goblet squats and other form of squats with full range of motion..and leg press movements.. want to level up your leg gains you won't be disappointed with these.. I really can't fault them.. they have the foot loop so you stick your foot through and away you go.. just be warned that these can go really tight.. so be mindful on how tight you are wrapping them..

Great quality but too long for me personally , at 5’5 with shorter legs there’s a lot of material compared to my old ones. They support well

Great straps, been using an old pair which have been sewn numerous times. Should have bought these sooner. Well made and the velcro is strong, supports the knees great.

Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man sie individuell festziehen kann, je nachdem, wie viel Stabilität man gerade braucht. Sie sind nicht nur für schwere Kniebeugen ideal, sondern auch vielseitig einsetzbar. Selbst beim Bankdrücken nutze ich sie als Unterstützung für die Ellenbogengelenke und habe ein deutlich stabileres Gefühl. Einmal angelegt, sitzen sie fest und verrutschen nicht – genau so, wie es sein sollte. Auch das Anlegen geht schnell und unkompliziert, sodass man nicht lange herumprobieren muss.
