I am a UK size 9 but the fin i want only comes in sizes 7.5- 9.5 or 9.5-12.5 what one do I go for?

It is an adjustable fin, 7.5-9.5, it is correct

Do you have to wear boots or a sock with these ?

Hello, it is worn with bare feet or with socks.

Can these be used with 5mm neoprean boots and scuba diving

These can be used with any boots as long as you allow for shoe sizes plus thickness. It was the reason I bought them for my daughter. So she can walk on hot or rough stones in summer to reach the sea.

What is the total length of these fins please?

Not too long, 40-50cm suitable for snorkeling
