Badly packaged
Product is fine which is lucky because it was very badly packaged. Parts of the mug tree were sticking out of the plastic bag it was sent in when delivered, so was lucky it was not damaged.

An ideal purchase
Very prompt and efficient delivery service for my Beech mug tree; it arrived 3 days before I was expecting it and was very well packaged to protect it during transit. I'm very pleased with the purchase. It's made of wood, very robust and solid and a nice pale wood in colour. I much prefer this wooden one which I bought to replace a metal mug tree which was beginning to rust. Best of all it was a very reasonable price at just £8.70. I highly recommend this purchase.
